Big Changes Are Coming to the BandEdge Membership Program!
The House of Knives BandEdge Membership Program is one of the first loyalty programs that we’ve undertaken. And while there have been some chips and dings in our metaphorical “blade edge” along the way, the program has been a success overall, providing our members with opportunities to access BandEdge Pricing and earn points towards their purchases down the road. But we know that you want more from us. More promotions, coupons, contests, and member-only offers would be nice, right? Well that’s what we’ve been working to give you, coming very soon!
Last week, we notified BandEdge Members about these upcoming changes in a short email blast. If you missed the blast, please check your SPAM/Junk folders, and make sure you add us to your address book to ensure we can communicate with you periodically about changes that affect your membership.
In the blast, we asked our BandEdge Members to review their BandEdge accounts in preparation for these major changes by making sure that their accounts contained an email address that was still valid, and that was checked regularly. If you haven’t done this already, please head to our website and sign in to “My Account” at the top of the page. Since this is our only point of contact with you, we want to make sure it’s an address we can contact you at.
If you’re in the process of changing your email and wish to update it, please make sure you send us a note with your BandEdge Membership number to: [email protected]. If you’ve forgotten your password, just hit the “Forgot your password” link to reset it, such as in the example above.
Having a valid email address on file is very important. Not only is it the only way we can contact you about changes that affect your account and points balance, but it’s your key to accessing our members-only offers, your Edge Points, rewards, and promotions. Having a valid email address will be even more important moving forward with those “Big Changes” to make BandEdge even better.

If you no longer wish to keep your BandEdge Membership active, your account (including any remaining points you may have) will be automatically removed when we complete our “Big Changes” to the program.
