It’s no mistake that the reason why we do all these things well is because the President and Owner himself, Mr. André Eng, is a professionally trained chef. And he’s inviting all of you to come learn from him. If you’ve ever wondered which knife to use, how to use it, and why, then this is the evening for you!
Our ‘Evening with André’ workshop series welcomes cooking enthusiasts from all backgrounds. Whether you’re starting to cook or have been cooking for years, André will personally show you how to get the most out of your knives by demonstrating the most important tips and techniques. You’ll also learn the ‘ABCDs’ of buying knives and selecting the correct knife for the task. If you want to slice and dice like a Masterchef, and save time in the kitchen like Rachel Ray, then this is a workshop you won’t want to miss.
