In order to maintain delivery service across Canada, we will be partnering with with UPS and Purolator to pick up the slack that Canada Post has left. We may even have FedEx help out with the workload as well. So if the “Men in Brown” a Purolator Driver, or Tom Hanks favourite courier comes knocking on your door, get excited! It could be your House of Knives order.
All orders that were received on or before June 28th, 2016 will be shipped via Canada Post. Any orders made on June 29th, 2016 and later will hitch a ride with one of the friendly delivery people above. If there are any issues with your order during this transition, please feel free to reach out to us with your order number and your contact details.
How Our Service Won’t Change
- Our shipping costs will not go up
- We will still have free shipping on orders $100 and over throughout Canada
- Shipping and delivery times will experience no delay
- You will still receive tracking information on your order
- Delivery to stores will still be ongoing
How Our Service Will Change
- We won’t be able to ship to PO boxes, the Territories, and very remote areas.
