We’ve demonstrated just how sharp it is at in store events and it has become one of our favourite knives to use in our YouTube Videos. It’s even sharp enough to create paper thin tomato slices.
As you can see, we’re very proud to have it as a Canadian exclusive knife at House of Knives and we’re the only place where you can try it before you buy it in any of our locations in BC or Alberta.
